Lunote Notes is provided for personal reading and note-taking. You are responsible for the content you sync and for complying with rights in that content. If you use your own API key, you are also responsible for the charges and terms associated with that provider.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Polar, our merchant of record, and include a fixed allowance of explanations. When the allowance is used up, explanations stop until it resets; there is no overage charge. Allowances do not carry over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Devices paired to your account can spend your allowance, so remove any you no longer control.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional advice. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with the service or other users.

The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or preservation of data. Keep your own copy of important annotations. We may update or discontinue the service and may revise these terms by posting the updated version here.
